Bryan Riley, Director of the Free Trade Initiative at the National Taxpayer Union provided an update on USTR Katherine Tai's recent testimony to Congress and what it showed about this administration's approach to trade. Emily Skor, CEO of Growth Energy, closed Friday's show with an update on the EPA's new tailpipe emissions proposal and the effort in the courts to hold refiners accountable.
